LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY · PRIVATE AI FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Private AI. Built around you.

Private AI for your business. It runs on a server you own, it's built around the way your team already works, and we stay on to keep it secure and up to date.

Designed for organizations with real security and compliance obligations. Now taking a small number of pilot partners.

Saddle Tree is a new Lexington company, now taking a small number of pilot partners. No borrowed logos. Just a clear plan and a team you can reach.

How the pilot works

Your team is already using AI. The question is where your data goes.

People are pasting policies, emails and client notes into whatever AI tool is open in their browser. Many low-cost plans weren't designed for sensitive business information. So most organizations end up either quietly tolerating it or banning it outright.

There's a better middle path. Give your team an AI assistant they're allowed to use, connected to your own documents. Point it at the work that eats their week, and run it somewhere you control.

What makes this different

Your data stays where you decide

The system runs on hardware you own, on your own network, on encrypted drives. You choose the models, the filters and how long logs are kept. Nobody else's retention policy, and nobody else's surprise model change.

Built on your actual work

We talk with every department before we build anything. Then we build automations around your forms, your inboxes, your file shares and the systems you already run. You're not adapting to a generic chatbot.

Flat cost for the big jobs

No per-token fees. Transcribe every recording, read every scanned document, summarize every file before a meeting. Volume work is where pay-per-use AI gets expensive, and where a system you own pays its way.

A local team that answers

We're in Lexington. We install on site, we document everything, and we come back regularly to find the next workflow worth automating.

Work it takes off your plate

Every output is a draft. A person on your team reviews it before anything is final.

Documents & knowledge

  • Answer staff questions from your policies, procedures and manuals, with the source cited.
  • Search across a project's or client's files and get answers that point to the document.
  • Access follows your existing folder permissions, so people see only what they already can.

Intake & paperwork

  • Read scanned documents, faxes and PDFs, and pull out the fields your team needs.
  • Turn incoming paperwork into a filled checklist for a person to check.
  • Flag what's missing before it holds up the work.

Correspondence

  • Sort incoming email and draft replies for staff to review and send.
  • Draft routine letters and requests from your own templates.
  • Nothing is sent without a person's approval.

Meetings & dictation

  • Turn recorded meetings and dictation into text on your own server.
  • Summarize long records and threads into a first draft.
  • Draft in your format, ready for review.

We're not here to talk you out of Copilot.

Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and the big clouds all offer strong business AI plans, and cloud AI can be a sound choice. Here's where a private system fits, so you can decide.

Plenty of our conversations end with "keep Copilot for email, and use the private system for the paperwork, recordings and policy questions." That's a fine answer.

From first conversation to live pilot

  1. Step 01: Consult

A free consultation about your organization and the work that slows your team down.

  2. Step 02: Plan in writing

We pick the workflows worth automating and put the scope, the hardware and the support plan in writing.

  3. Step 03: Install and secure

We test the server in our lab, then install and secure it on site. You hold the encryption recovery key.

  4. Step 04: Pilot and grow

A pilot group starts with document Q&A and one automation. We measure the time saved and report it to you every month.

Every timeline is scoped case by case, around your team, your systems and hardware availability.

PILOT TARGET

35%

Pilot target: 35% less time on selected workflows.

This is the goal we set with each pilot partner. It is not a result we've measured yet. For each workflow we choose together, we time how long staff spend per task before go-live, including any review and correction. We measure the same way during the pilot and report the change for each workflow, whatever the number turns out to be. Time saved only counts if accuracy holds.

A target, not a promise. Results depend on the workflows chosen and how your team uses the system.

Security you can check, not just trust

Running AI on site is only safer if it's run well. A badly patched box in a closet is worse than a well-run cloud service. So we treat operations as half the product.

  • Full-disk encryption, with the recovery key sealed and held by you
  • Sign-in with your existing Microsoft, Google or Active Directory accounts
  • Role-based access, and an audit log you can search
  • A HIPAA edition with locked safeguards for organizations that handle health information
  • Signed updates that roll back automatically if a health check fails
  • No inbound connections from the internet
  • Remote support is off by default; we connect only when you approve each session

A Lexington team that stays on.

Saddle Tree is a small, focused team, and we say so up front. We provide ongoing support after go-live, and we write everything down so your system never depends on one person's memory.
