PILOT PARTNER PROGRAM

Now taking pilot partners.

We're working with a small number of organizations in Central Kentucky to prove private AI on real work. The scope is fixed, the goals are in writing, and the results get measured.

PILOT TARGET

35%

less time on selected workflows

Pilot target: 35% less time on selected workflows. A goal we set together, not a measured result. Measured as the change in median staff time per task, including review time, against a baseline we time before go-live.

We'd rather earn references than invent them.

Saddle Tree is new. We don't have client logos or case studies to show you, and we won't fake them. What we have is a complete plan, a working platform design, and the time to give our first partners close, hands-on attention. Our pilot partners get that attention. We get honest feedback and the chance to prove the work.

A fixed scope, written down

A focused pilot group

Staff from the departments with the most to gain.

Two workflows

Usually document and policy Q&A plus one automation, such as paperwork intake or email drafting.

Written success criteria

Response time, number of users and the workflows themselves, all agreed in writing before any hardware is ordered.

Measured results

We time the chosen workflows before go-live, measure again during the pilot, and report usage and time saved every month.

How a pilot runs

  1. Step 01: Consultation

A free conversation about your organization and the work worth automating.

  2. Step 02: Plan

We pick the two workflows together, set the goals and write the success criteria.

  3. Step 03: Install

Lab testing, then an on-site install and training.

  4. Step 04: Measure

Supervised live use, monthly reports, and a review at the end against the criteria we agreed.

Pilot timelines are scoped case by case, around your team and hardware availability.

Who's a good fit

Good fit

  • An organization that handles sensitive information
  • Based in Central Kentucky, so we can be on site
  • At least one workflow that clearly eats hours every week
  • A leader who will sponsor the pilot, and an IT contact who can make time
  • Willing to share honest feedback, including what didn't work

Probably not yet

  • Organizations that need 24/7 support from day one
  • Projects that need AI to write directly into core systems or make decisions on its own

A fair exchange

What you get

  • Pilot partners receive discounted pricing.
  • Our team on site for install and closely involved throughout
  • Real input into what we build next
  • A system you own, on hardware you own

What we ask

  • A 12-month minimum on the support plan after go-live
  • Honest, regular feedback
  • Permission to mention you by name, only with your written approval
Is the pilot free?Show answerHide answer

No. The consultation is free. Pilot work is paid, at pilot-partner pricing. Paid work keeps both sides serious. You own the hardware and your data, and the workflows we build for you are documented and maintained under your agreement.

What if the pilot doesn't hit the target?Show answerHide answer

Then we tell you so, with the numbers. The 35% figure is a target, not a promise. The review at the end compares results against the success criteria we agreed in writing.

Do we have to buy the full server for a pilot?Show answerHide answer

Not always. Some pilots start with a limited user group, or on our smaller S1 system while the production server is on order, and move to the production tier once the results justify it.

Will you name us publicly?Show answerHide answer

Only with your written approval.

How many pilot partners are you taking?Show answerHide answer

A small number. We'd rather do a few well.
